Upper Space

Case Summary: This adult patient presented with a 1mm diastema (space) between the upper front teeth that he wanted to close before his wedding. He did not want anything visible for his engagement photos and wedding. With InSmile lingual braces, we were able to close the space within 2 months, and he was able to take his engagement photos and have his wedding without anybody realizing he had braces on behind his teeth.
Moderate Crowding

Case Summary: This adult patient presented with moderate crowding and let us know that he was getting married soon, so he did not want to compromise his appearance with traditional braces or aligner attachments during his engagement photos and wedding. InSmile lingual braces were used to level and align his teeth and resolve his crowding. The patient was able to take his engagement photos and have his wedding without anybody realizing he was undergoing orthodontic treatment.
Anterior Crossbite

Case Summary: This teenage patient presented with an anterior crossbite of her upper left central incisor which was quickly resolved with InSmile Braces. She was a high school senior, so she did not want visible braces during her senior year of high school and during graduation.
Anterior Open Bite
Chief Concern: Open bite and crooked upper and lower teeth

Case Summary: This adult patient presented with an open bite tendency with moderate lower crowding and mild upper crowding. As a working adult, she did not want visible braces, and she did not feel like she'd be compliant with clear aligners. After leveling and aligning her teeth with InSmile lingual braces, patient wore elastics to help close the open bite.
Posterior Open Bite
Chief Concern: Posterior open bite - "back teeth don't touch"

Case Summary: This adult patient presented with the concern that her back teeth did not touch, so her general dentist wanted to place crowns on all her back teeth to make them all touch. This patient had a premature anterior interference where her upper front teeth were hitting too early. InSmile lingual braces along with elastics were used to resolve the posterior open bite and establish an ideal overbite and overjet. The patient ended up not needing any crowns.
Severe Crowding
Chief Concern: Severe crowding and rotations

Case Summary: This adult patient presented with severe crowding and rotations with the upper left lateral incisor almost 90 degrees rotated. This patient needed extractions of the upper left first premolar and the lower left central incisor to resolve the severe crowding. After InSmile treatment was completed, this patient had implants placed in the lower left quadrant.
Edge-to-Edge Bite

Case Summary: This adult patient presented with an edge-to-edge bite that was causing mobility of his lower teeth. A Carriere Motion appliance was used to help establish ideal overjet, and InSmile lingual braces were used to level and align the teeth to an ideal occlusion and overbite.
Bimaxillary Protrusion

Case Summary: This adult patient presented with severely flared upper and lower incisors with moderate upper and lower crowding. Four premolars were extracted, and all spaces were closed with InSmile lingual braces to establish ideal inclination of the upper and lower incisors.
